BarxBuddy is a training aid, not a punishment tool. The goal is to interrupt negative behavior and then encourage good behavior through positive reinforcement. Here’s how to use it effectively:
Situation 1: Excessive Barking at Home
Step 1: When your dog starts barking unnecessarily, stay calm and avoid yelling.
Step 2: Point the BarxBuddy device toward your dog (you don’t have to be right in front of them—anywhere within 15-20 feet works).
Step 3: Press and hold the ultrasonic button for 1–2 seconds.
