Planning a trip to Tallinn and looking to rent a motorcycle
#1
Never made it to the Baltic states despite hearing about them for years. Everyone who's been says the landscapes are something else entirely and the old towns have this incredible Gothic architecture that's barely changed since the 17th and 18th centuries. Finally decided to stop putting it off and booked a trip to Tallinn as a starting point. Want to rent a motorcycle while I'm there rather than rely on public transport, perfect for getting around the city, finding those small authentic villages that don't show up in guidebooks and riding out to the wild Baltic beaches that you'd never reach any other way. Anyone know where to sort out a rental in Tallinn?

Estonia outside of Tallinn is genuinely worth the effort, the countryside opens up quickly once you leave the city and the coastal roads along the Baltic have a completely different feel to anything in Western Europe. For a motorcycle rental it's worth sorting the paperwork before you fly out, most reputable rental companies will want to see an international driving permit alongside your regular licence so having that ready saves time on arrival. The roads in rural Estonia are generally in decent condition but some of the tracks leading down to the more remote beaches are unpaved so checking what terrain the bike handles before you pick it up is sensible.

Tallinn has rental options that cater well to visitors coming specifically to explore beyond the city limits rather than just the old town. Getting a bike that handles both urban riding and longer coastal stretches makes the whole trip considerably more flexible. Worth having a look at motorcycle rental in Tallinn here: https://getrentacar.com/en-US/motorcycle...ia-tallinn . Good starting point for comparing what's available and finding something that suits the kind of riding you have in mind.
