Remedy for bad insomnia
#1
I have been having a really hard time falling asleep lately. I lie in bed for hours with my mind racing, and then I feel like a zombie the next day. Melatonin makes me feel super groggy in the morning, so I am looking for a more natural herbal alternative. Has anyone tried Valerian root for deep sleep? Is it better as a liquid or a pill? I really need something that will help me drift off naturally without that "hangover" feeling the next day. Any tips for a better night's rest?

I totally understand the struggle with melatonin grogginess. I started using this valerian root liquid extract https://hebslab.com/products/valerian-ro...-for-sleep and it has been a total lifesaver for my sleep schedule. I take it about thirty minutes before bed and it just helps my mind relax so I can drift off naturally. The best part is that I wake up feeling refreshed instead of tired. Liquid extracts are definitely the way to go because they absorb so much faster. It is a much gentler way to support your sleep cycle without relying on heavy sleep aids that leave you feeling out of it the next day.
