Every label we produce passes through three pairs of hands before it is folded and packed. What We Offer
Custom jacquard labels made from seven base fabrics: soft taffeta, matte damask, recycled polyester satin, cotton twill, shimmering rayon, velvet, and a heathered wool-blend for winter collections. You choose the width—from 10 mm to 70 mm. You choose the fold: center-fold, end-fold, loop-fold, or mitred. You choose the border, the typeface, the thread color from 45 Pantone-matched shades. The logo is not printed on top. It is woven through. That means the text will never flake, fade, or peel. It also means the label keeps its structure after fifty washes. If you need a size tag on the reverse, we add it in the same pass. No second step. No extra seam.
When It’s Useful
Most custom label services work like vending machines. You upload a file. A machine runs for an hour. A package arrives. We work differently. Before production, you receive a digital weave simulation—not a flat mock-up, but a pixel-by-pixel preview of how each thread will intersect. You can request a physical proof sewn onto a scrap of your own fabric. We will adjust the tension, the thread density, even the weave direction, so the label lies flat against the garment. Competitors charge extra for folded edges. We fold every label as part of the standard service. Competitors require large minimums. We start at one hundred pieces. And if you order fewer than five hundred, we still assign the same loom technician who works on orders of ten thousand.
